Fannie Mae Short Sale Assistance Desk

I thought you might be interested in the Fannie Mae Short Sale Assistance Desk.  It's a new service that helps Realtors avoid delays on post-offer short sale issues.  Here are two recent press releases:

    Hi Frank,

     

    MRED is the MLS in Illinois.  The Fannie Mae Short Sale Assistance Desk is available in California through MLSListings, and CRISNET.  It is coming soon to Pasadena and SoCAL.
