Yes we do have Fannie Mae Help Desk and yes they are excellent. I agree that Fannie Mae was much more helpful and professional than the servicer in multiple cases. They contacted me via phone and email.

I have MLS HELP desk in one state I work in and not in another. I used the help desk in the state I had access to it and wrote in about an issue I was having in the other state. I had a response in 24 hours. It worked great. To be honest the contact I had at Fannie Mae was 10X better than the servicer was. I got immediate response via email AND phone any time I contacted them.
