Fannie Mae Guidelines

On Friday, we had a closing scheduled and the final HUD was rejected by Chase who advised Fannie Mae will not cover pre paid items that are included in the buyer's closing costs...

The short sale was approved with $5100 in seller paid closing costs and then 3 hours before closing 3/4 of the closing costs were denied. The Chase negotiator advised this is a new guideline...

Where can I find the short sale guidelines for Fannie Mae?
