I am curious to know, if anyone has utilized this yet? Also,

Is your Board/MLS participating? To date, my MLS is NOT partcipating.

I did escalate a sale to Fannie and cc: the US Treasury Dept. I had to explain that I had no access to the Fannie Mae assistance desk (which was a good thing in the long run!) I got an excellent response from the level 2 escalation department, and the negotiator "finally" pushed the file to approval. all within about a week to 10 days.

We hopefully will be closing Aug 5th, and I will go sing in the front yard!
