Expiration of Chase Moving Incentive

I am working on the first $30K incentive to the seller.  It expires on Aug 14 as well as the HAFA $3000. The Buyer's lender has delayed. Does anyone have experience getting an extension from Chase on the short sale with the incentive & HAFA in tact? Thank you for your experience

    I would get Chase a revised HUD with the new closing date, leaving both incentives on it.  Supply it at the same time asking for the extension.
