Escrow/Title Reccomendations in SoCal

Hi All,

 

Can anyone reccomend an escrow and title company or a specific escrow officer or title rep in Southern California who understands the unique "challenges" we face when working a HUD ie buyer funds POC to an HOA, etc.?

 

I'm in Simi Valley but any help is appreciated regardless of how far away they are.

    I do have a escrow and title company that completely get it and have used many, many times. They are about 1 hour southeast of you in Rancho Cucamonga. If you need their contact info just let me know!
