Does anyone have the new escalation emails for BOA. I've tried all listed in our header but all have bounced back to me, including: jaxhelocshortsales@bankofamerica.com, fs.escalation@bankofamerica.com, escalation@bankofamerica.com, escalation.tool.support@bankofamerica.com, 

I'm trying to get a Thursday Sheriff Sale recalled, with the usual too close to the Sheriff sale reasonings. Couldn't get the guys lawyer to cooperate either with a recall filing. Think he was embarrassed that he did not know the first thing about short-sales and actually advised his client to just go through it and maybe do a bankruptcy before the confirmation. 

Another deal was handed me by a realtor no longer active. I tried to reinitiate and was told by the rep she could not escalate it because it was in litigation. Meaning a request for summary judgement had been entered 01/31/13. They don't have the judgement and the Sheriff Sale is not scheduled but they would not talk to me further. Need to get to someone higher. Any help?
