- 1st, are they reluctant (p!$$ed off) because of the short sale and tell you to take a hike?
- 2nd, do they entertain the idea?
- 3rd, if they particpate what is a normal percentage?

1st,Yes they have refused in rare occasions
2nd, yes
3rd, depends on the program but 3% is usually pretty easy to get for the buyer
It all depends on the value and the offer and the program.....
