I have the negotiator from H---! Typical story...unresponsive negotiator. I have had all my paperwork in & the numbers match what B of A stated they wanted out of the BPO. However my file has been sitting on the negotiator's desk w/no response at all since 12/21/12. Since FHAs don't go through equator, it is near impossible for me to get any contact information to go up the chain of command. Any names/email addresses/phone numbers of upper management would be helpful.
The purchaser's rate lock is expiring & we are getting into a nightmare situation.

If the processor has not reached out to you or put notes on the file for 20+ days you can escalate directly with HUD - 877-622-8525. Email your third party authorization to customerservice@deval.us. The FHA reps are incredibly helpful and hopefully they will be able to get your file moving
