In equator i was asked to submit a (2009_Addendums_WFHMsiglines.doc or 2009_Addendums ASC-siglines.doc) They didn't send me one and I can't find it online.

Thy are asking me to change the commission and are telling me to use this form, I see nothing on this form that changes commission, what am I missing?
Great. Solved my problem too. Thank you. See if you can get these put at the top of the ASC page under resources. Even though that are part of Wells Fargo, they don't seem to like the WF forms that are the same.
