I have been working on a short sale that has a first with Specialized Loan Servicing. They have all documents and BPO was ordered 11/6/12. Bpo has not been turned in. They reorder on 11/16/12. I cannot get a supervisor to call me back. I just go round and round with the people at the call center. If anyone has a contact, I would sure appreciate it!!!!!!

SLS can be a nightmare to deal with. You need to stand firm and not get off the phone until you get a live supervisor. I've spoken to many of them and I'd say Oscar seems to be one of the nicer ones.
