    The ones that I have worked with BofA were sent to the MI company first.

    From previous experience, I usually see it go to the MI company first.

    It depends on the servicers procedures.... I've had some go to MI first... some that send it to the investor first.

    I don't think it matters. It may even go to both at the same time.
