Submitted SS request through Equator on a HAFA eligible property

Got denial 7 days later , said it was due to credit and that investor does not participate in HAFA ?

Client is in chapter 13 , attorney will get trustee approval , home is upside down

Get letter the next day from Inpaq that they are the master servicer and to do SS through them .

Is this a waste of time ?

  • No it's not a waste.  We did one before and they work very quickly.  It was a year and 1/2 ago and hopefully things haven't changed much.  You can file now, with the motion to release but they will not issue APPROVAL until court approval. Good luck.

I believe they are the investor.

  • I've never heard of inpaq. Who are they?
