If you are an agent and want to learn all you can about short sales check out http://www.TheShortSaleCrush.com.  It is tons cheaper than other courses out there.  It explains everything and is by 2 of the short sales master who have now closed hundreds of short sales, Kevin Kauffman and Fred Weaver.  It will help you close more short sales and get approvals faster.

    Hmmm..because Bryant is recommending, I may take it.  I shy away from these "short sale masters" because generally all they have to say is, "each Lender is different!"  But..if there are some updates that I need to know about, I would be interested..I'll stay tuned.

    Thanks Chris. Wendy and I have just partnered with Fred and Kevin to bring out members advanced short sale training. This training will be geared towards agents that already have short sale experience.

    We will be offering 10 hours of advanced training for around $200. We are launching in the next 30 days or so. So stay tuned!!
