Corporation/LLC Short Sale Buyer

Will these by allowed by the short sale lender? Specifically Owcen? If yes, what paperwork do I need? Article of Incorporated?

LLC yes, trust NO (ONLY IF IT"S FREDDIE MAC BACKED) but overall you should not have a problem with Ocwen and and LLC. I don't believe you will need articles with Ocwen.

In my experience LLCs are acceptable as far as any other forms really depends. Usually need operating agreement and Certificate of Organization with proof of funds to match either the LLCs or any of the members as listed.
