I have a Bank of America COOP short sale with a house valued by the latest BPO at 140,000. However, I have an offer I am submitting in equator at 170,000 (the BPO value when I initiated the COOP). If the appraisal comes in low (for example at 150,000), do I have to get a new approval or is it fine since the latest BPO value is higher than 150,000? Thanks for your time.
