  • Never heard of them, but I address most judgments the same. Make them a lower offer you can perform on and then adjust accordingly.

    Are they in a position to recoup funds if the home goes to foreclosure?

    • They are second to the mortgage and that's it as far as I know...

      • Sounds like they just need to be contacted again and to feel them out verbally what they may be willing to settle or release the lien for.
