Closed a US Bank Short sale!!

US Bank/VA loan.

I am beginning to LOVE working with US Bank. The last few that I have done I got the same 2 negotiators and they are some of the best I have dealt with! Good communication and very helpful :)

I wish I could say the same. I am closing my first and LAST US Bank deal this Friday...almost a full year after taking the listing. I have NEVER dealt with a worse lender ever.

Way to go Jeff!! I have had the opposite results. Slow and not as progressive as others. Any tips?
