I have two loans for this file - BOA 1st place and Citizens 2nd.  Received BOA approval with the maximum payoff for 2nd lien holder.  The problem:  Citizens is continually asking for docs that we re-fax and re-fax. ... finally got that straight .. and the file finally moved to negotiator that just now ordered a BOA.  The kicker is that this file is going to be charged off in one week.  The Seller already paid for month to keep it with Citzens.  Does anyone have a contact for escaltion?  Citizens will not provide manager names or offer any real help except send emails to escalation department.  Sometimes I think that a charge off might be better than dealing with Citizens SS dept.  Any ideas? or contacts would be appreciated.
