Citi HELOC sold to Old Republic?

Wondering if anyone has worked with the lender Old Republic? If so, any contact information you have would be great. 

I have been negotiating a short sale with REDC/BofA on the 1st and what I thought was the second of CITI. Turns out after 5 conversations they finally tell me it was sold to Old Republic in 7/2010! On top of it arent they?

Any help would be appreciated!
