Hi everyone . . .anyone have a contact to escalate at Citi? I am really getting the run around. I have the first approval and am already on the 2nd extension. The contact I have been communicating with told me a week ago that there was something wrong with the system and the BPO . . . .I have waited a week and the BPO is Still not in the system. We have had the offer in for over 2 months--10 weeks actually.
Any help would be appreciated!
