Citi 1st Chase 2nd

We have just received an offer on this property. I'm the agent for the seller the redemption period is up Nov 19th. It it still possible?

Get that bad boy submitted ASAP and then escalate to upper management with Citi to let them know that you have an offer that is at full market value and they will lose a lot less money if they will postpone the sale date so that they can get the appraisal done and then close your short sale file. Let me know if you need a contact at Citi. Get that 3rd party ATR in to them but then dont waste time with customer service, you need a manager.

Get it going FAST! Citi is one of the better companies to deal with. Do you know who the inevestor is? Hopefully it is a Citi portfolio loan, they will work with you quickly.
