Has anyone been successful in getting Chase/Freddie Mac to order an appraisal or BPO before a purchase offer is received? Thanks!

Glenn, Chase ordered a BPO on my listing here in Texas when we listed the house prior to any offer being received. Not sure if this standard procedure with Chase.
