We made offer in early 3/2012 for a home in SAC - CA and sellers OK to our offer in late 3/2012.
All required documents was turned in late 3/2012.
Finally, Chase assigned negotiator in 10/2012 and BPO was completed in late 10/2012.
They also just requested sellers to update all documents today and to summit property vacancy form (Why do they need form ). Fannie Mae is an investor.
If you work with CHASE before, Can you tell me what are the next steps and are we getting close to know the outcome?
