I have a full short sale package submitted to chase along with an offer and hud-1.  They ordered a bpo and an appraisal about 2 weeks ago.  I checked with Chase yesterday and they have the bpo, they are still waiting on the appraisal.  Other than that, they are missing the buyers proof of funds (easy) and the short sale addendum.  I asked the rep to forward me one and I will be more than happy to get it signed.  He told me de did not have one and  to google it.  Which I did and cannot find one anywhere.  I have searched here as well.  If anyone can help me with this it would be much appreciated.
