Has anyone here gone through the Chase Priority Partner Short Sale training?  I did mine months ago.  Got a couple leads that fizzled quickly.  However, I have a Chase short sale which I acquired on my own.  I have been waiting six weeks to hear something.  I called last week and was told it has just been assigned to a negotiator.  I asked the person to whom I was speaking about why it was taking so long when my files should be on a fast track.  She never heard of the program.  Today my negotiator called me (at 7:02am).  She was awesome.  The documents she requested were different than the documents my seller was asked for by mail last week.  Not sure how one person says certain docs are missing and a few days later it is different ones, but whatever.

I guess they are using Equator now, so that will suck too.

But lastly, the negotiator who called, who seemed to be quite adept at her job...has NEVER HEARD of the Priority Partner Short Sale program.  She was unaware of a special fax or anything.

Does anyone know what the heck is going on?

Same story, member since October, zero leads.  There is no fast track for us.  A lot of PP's will market themselves that way though.

I had one lead which fizzled, but my conern is more with the reps at Chase having NO clue what I am talking about.

My partner and I went through the training and received 2 or 3 Priority Partner Short Sale Listings several months ago... haven't had any in many months but I would need to follow up with the SVP in charge of the program and see if things have changed or if they are still assigning them.  He made it clear 3 recommendations would go out to a homeowner and they could call 1 or all 3 of the referral realtors.
