Chase is the WORST!

Our experience with CHASE is that they SUCK!!! They lose packages and take forever to get the BPO or appraisal ordered. Does anyone else have the same experience with CHASE?     Chase is very demanding and most of their negotiator's and reps have HUGE ego trips. They have no customer service regulations and can be very rude to you without consequences.

    Michael - I find them hot and cold. The last one took under 30 days to approve, but they want it closed in THREE WEEKS or they will charge a per diem. Nutty.

    Depends of the Department of Chase, there are several depending the loan, California, Texas, Tampa, Florida, I have been working almost very well with Chase, but Tampa, is the worst.
