Can anyone assist with contact info for escalating a Chase 2nd?
Negotiator insists on a $25,000 payoff for lien release only. There is no way to provided these funds.

They participate in HAFA - is it a HAFA loan? If not, will the 1st lien holder allow a reduction to pay the 2nd? - will the buyer - or the market, allow for an increase in purchase?
