Just called Chase today to check status on short sale package and was advised that my Authorization letter had to be sent to the Fraud Department to be checked and it would take 24 to 48 hours to review.
Said this is new policy since the recent foreclosure issue.
Has anyone submitted new packages to Chase within last 2 weeks?
