Does anyone have a number for an upper management person at Chase? Chase hired a realtor to do a BPO on the property and this person came in $12,000 over the appraised value without any comps to support his price.

In a case like this we would see if a value dispute is an option. Do you have comps that support your current offer?

Yes, there is NOTHING that supports his BPO . The house is in mint condition, the pest report came back clean as a whistle.
