Is it possible to be an asset from the bank before its listed. They foreclosed back in May 2016. If you contact the asset department with they negotiate before the property is listed? Does anybody have any numbers for loss mitigation or asset for Champion?

You can try, but from what i've found, it's not common for main stream servicers to sell of single assets in this fashion.
