CENTRAL MORTGAGE UNALLOWABLE FEES

Hi guys... I'm working on a SS with Central Mortgage .  They disallowed contribution for buyer's closing costs, attorney's fees, reduced real estate agents commission to 5%, and will only allow $3000 for the second lien (This is not a HAFA).  Any suggestions to rescue this?
