CCO Mortgage help

CCO Mortgage help; sellers are approved for HAFA, 1st offer failed after inspection. have new offer and has been into the servicer, CCO mortgage for 6 weeks. No response after diligent follow up. They say it's a private investor, but not sure who. Anyone have a contact with CCO Mortgage or know how I can put some pressure on them to get this offer approved?
