Carrington ss dept

Does anyone know an upper level mgmt contact in ss dept Carrington? I cannot get a straight answer or speak with the ss dept. the 866-274-5860 is saying offices closed since the holidays.

Do you not have a negotiator assigned at Carrington who you can email directly? What sort of information are you looking for? Have you called their customer service line?
