Carrington. Has anyone had luck?

I'm at wits end with Carrington. Has ANYONE had any luck. The BPO came in WAY OVERVALUE at $185,000 and that's not even close to what the home is worth. I found out the BPO agent said to Carrington that if SHE were to get the listing she could sell it for that price. Ok so that's the first problem. The sellers hired an appraiser. The appraisal came in an $90,000. We got a buyer who put in an offer for $80,000. I'm thinking that that would be accepted ALL day long...10% off!! Most lender would do that in a heartbeat. Carrington comes back with $100,000 and the buyers are not interested in paying $20,000 more. They said they'd go to $90,000 and that's it.

I'm SO sick of this one. I started in JUNE with Carrington. The negotiator was a jerk at first but seems a bit better now.
