why Banks are not pushing for short sale to be sold. I am waiting for a short sale house with Capital 1 to be sold but the buyer doesn't want to sign contract since the bank is not asking him to leave, this short sale is about 8 years. what can I do to get this house? Please assist me. What can I do?

    I assume you mean the seller won't sign. If the seller isn't motivated to cooperate, there's nothing you can do. Move on.
