Has anyone had any recent activity with Caliber and short sales?  I have tried initiating several recently and have been told they do not offer them.  However if you go o their website, there is information and even a short sale package available

    I tried two short sales with caliber. When both denied for no valid reasons, we stopped taking them.  That was about two years ago.

    Caliber doesn't do short sales on most loan types ( conventional loans ). They do for FHA loans. Not sure about VA.

      Thank you.  Have not had any luck on any of my short sales, even the FHA loans.

        Ok, I have a few FHA with them now and they are moving.
