I have a short sale with : california housing finance agency. The first lien is bank of america, with a private investor who will only pay off $1,000 to CALHFA for 2nd lien who's total balance is $15,000. They informed me that it would take 30-60 days for review. Has anyone worked with CALHFA ?? Are they easy to work with ?? Will they accept what the first lien offers? Your input is greatly appreciated.
