BOFA Twitter-FHA loan w/BK

I'm having major issues on a FHA/PFS - the negotiator will not move forward because the homeowner filed BK 7 and has been discharged per the legal department they cannot do it.  I got HUD involved and per HUD as long as the BK attorney is cool with it, it a go and they have no issue.  BOFA is not responding to HUD either so HUD is thinking of blocking the claim if the do not issue us the approval.  Since they are not responding, I was thinking of posting it to twitter - those of you have used twitter for these kinds of matter, what to you think?

    @BofA_help is where you go!!!  They have the abilty to move mountains.  They won't be there until Tuesday.  They are fantastic.

    I find the BOFA Twitter Team to be outstanding!  Go for it.  The seller should also consult with his bankruptcy attorney.

    Might as well try but this is more of an issue to take up with the supervisor at BOA for FHA
