A few weeks ago I asked the forum about how to close this SS early and the response was that it was simple. Just received a rejection after submitting the HUD 1 saying that it was not within 5 days of the closing date. Approval runs out on 6/24, prelim closing set for 6/18. What is the procedure in equator to accelerate a closing date? And how can the title company set an earlier date without bank approval of HUD first?
