Oh my goodness gracious. This is a nightmare with BofA. I've been trying to get this short sale activated for quite some time. Homeowner has already called into the HRD and gone through the waterfall process. He was declined for loan mod. They were supposed to initiate the s/s at that time. 1 1/2 months later...we are still at the same place and they are telling me to have the homeowner call the HRD to go through the waterfall process. ARGGHHHHH. We already did all of that. The homeowner is getting frustrated and is ready to just give up. To make matters worse, his wife committed suicide in the home and he just wants to be free of it. I have never experienced such run-around with BofA.....anyone out there have some input?

Thank you Bryant...I've tried both of those escalation techniques, but neither one helped at all.
