If there was ever a time to allow an "arms length" transaction this would be it.  A young married couple were killed together in a motorcycle accident leaving three sons 28 years old and younger.  The sons want to keep their parents home,(value is less than balance owed)  but BofA said no to the short sale because it is not an arms length transaction. What could they possibly be thinking????

  • Oh yes.  I 100% agree with Kevin.  If there was EVER a time to call your local media and let them know a story (with kids permission of course) this is IT.  It's time these arms length transaction forms get losened up a bit.  Write the paper call the news outlets, blog it, write everyone you can.

  • News media!!!!! Blog it, Facebook it, tweet!!  Also, who is the Investor?
