Shortsale packet was submitted to BOA mid september. Hadn't heard anything until last week (beginning of november)when we were sent the arms length documents to sign. Having a hard time getting information from our agent. The sellers agent has a shortsale specialist working on the deal. At what point in the process does boa usually send out the arms length docs? I dont know if a BPO was done or anything else. The last info we got was "bank reviewing offer, no documents requested at this time". Thanks for the help!

They can ask for this at any time during the process. It really has no baring on the time frame for the short sale. Just a document that needs to be signed.
