I have a 1st with an acceptance(frediemac) need 2nd heloc from BOA

I call "customer service" and they just say wait.

does anyone know who to contact to get the file looked at and a response ?

I'm going to loose the deal  HELP

  • Who is holding the 1st? Have you reached out to any managers or escalation representatives? Call the HELOC department directly, don't reach out to customer service.

      the first is Nationstar

      I have only contracted the heloc dept (customer service)at 866 413 3757 and get the run around.

      they say it is 30 business days to get opened then it is 10-30 business days to get an answer.

      they also said they have not had one file accepted since January when they started the new program.

      they say they ha=ve no manager or supervisor and have escalated 3 times but on answer.

      Do you know of a phone number I can call.??

            You should be speaking with their short sale department directly, have you confirmed your submission was received and the documents were imaged in their system?  Most customer service reps have no idea what the actual short sale process is like and have scripted responses for most of your questions, don't waste your time with them.

          One of my problems is the documents have not been uploaded

          I have contacted the short sale dept and they said I have to talk to the heloc short sale customer service people. I need to get past them. I don't know how........everyone directs me to the heloc customer service That is why I reached out the the superstars for help. I need a contact phone or email  address. Any ideas ???

      • You can try their Presidential Office 18778772670, but not sure how much assistance they will be in this scenario.  I typically just send emails through outlook to the short sale escalation representative who is assigned to assist our company in all of our Bank Of America files.
