I am not much of an advertiser/marketer. The best bang for the buck is to work your sphere heavily and work your current and past clients, especially short sale clients because they know people that you can help. CPA, attorney, divorce atty, your pastor, insurance agent, lenders, title companies..... They all know people who need your services.
