I too am interested to know if their is a program that offers incentives to homeowners who are trying to short sale. I dont know if HAFA is still doing this after the deadline for 12/31/2012? I know that their is COOP for BOA. But what about the other banks?
I believe it's only for a very small percentage of people who actually lost the home to foreclosure. It relates to certain types of legal abuses, and is promoted mostly by "firms" that charge homeowners to fill out the "review". I believe the cut off for applications was 12-31-12.
