I get a listing in NJ and upload it to Equator , 2 weeks later I am told short sale is denied due to investor not participating in HAFA nor can he do a co operative short sale due to information on the credit report
( client is in chapter 13 but trustee has already agreed to approve sale since their is no equity and the property is NOO ) .
During the same time I get an e mail from Impaq that they are the investor and they will approve the short sale providing we get permission from the bankruptcy trustee .
Dont believe what the servicer tells you , If its not Fannie/Freddie find out who owns the pass through certificate and contact the asset manager directly
