I apologize if this topic has already been discussed. . .seems that we in Georgia are the last to know about new program roll outs. . . Anyhoo, just got a call from DTS - I work with their COOP and Fannie outreach programs.  They are going to be rolling out a new Deed in Lieu outreach program.  The agent will receive 1% of the property value with mimums and maximums.  There is a webinar next week, so I'll let you know as details emerge.  Just another sign that the banks ARE willing to take back the properties and the liabilities in an increasing market in hopes of recapturing a greater return.
