Bank of America Co-operative short sale program

Has anyone had one? Was it successful? How are they on setting the price?

I am just listing one, supposedly totally pre-approved. I'll find out!

I just close one. Double end in same office full commision paid. Co-op close time was 6 month due to slow comunicating. I was going to a third party that Bof A was working with. Just have to keep buyer from walking.
