B of A Confiscates Gift Cards To Employees!!!!

Crazzzeeeee!!! They are as bad to work FOR as to work WITH! I just got off the phone w/a negotiator in the Phoenix offices. She was very helpful with my last B of A short sale, and I sent her a Starbux card as thanks, after the closing. We were talking this morning, and she informed me that B of A opens their mail, and confiscates gift cards!!! Then at the end of the year, there is a drawing and they are handed out to whomever!! And we all know that NOT EVERYONE AT B OF A DESERVES ANYTHING other than a lump of coal. So, if you've got a gift card to send, don't send it to the B of A addy, get a home address if you can! I wonder what they'd do with balloons or flowers! JEEEEEZ!

    I'd like to confiscate the retention bonus given to the ceo. I've never sent a gift card to an LM

    I sent one to a negotiator at Ocwen and she never got it...

    I don't know if they expect them, per se, but the two who helped me deserved it. They weren't even my negotiators, and they stopped the sale--each one time, equaling twice--and the short sale closed! I could see if NO ONE rec'd their gift,never handing any out.....maybe some RESPA violation? But to pool them and hand them out?! My assigned negotiator sure didn't deserve any thank-yous, so just was another almost funny, outrageous anecdote from B of A.

    I guess they don't want us bribing their employees. I actually agree with that policy. Best to just send them a sincere thank you.
